Tuition Assistance
AcroSports offers limited tuition assistance to help offset the costs of class fees for families who qualify. This is allocated on a sliding scale basis according to verified family income, generally between 15-40%.
Students registering on-line who are interested in applying for Tuition Assistance should complete the on-line registration first, then choose the "pay in person" option in the payment section at the end of the registration process. At this point you will then have 3 days to submit a completed Tuition Assistance application with required supporting documentation and a $25 deposit & processing fee (see more about this below). If this is not received within the required 3 days, your child will be removed from the class.
Shortly after the application deadline, you will be contacted by a member of the AcroSports staff informing you of the amount of your allocation. You will then have one week from that point to submit the adjusted balance due OR make alternative payment arrangements. The $25 deposit and processing fee will be applied toward this balance, however if you choose not to enroll your child after the application is processed, the deposit & processing fee will NOT be refunded. **If you have only managed to get your child on a waitlist and not actually in a class, you do not need to submit the $25 deposit with your Application. ** (Please indicate on your application that your child is currently waitlisted, and we will hold your application until a space becomes available for your child)
Completed Tuition Assistance applications, along with supporting documentation and the $25 deposit, can be delivered or mailed to AcroSports Tuition Assistance, 639 Frederick St., San Francisco 94117. You are also welcome to fax the application to (415)566-0102, and include a VISA or M/C number, expiration date & billing address for the $25 deposit.

- The application deadline for the Spring 2008 session was Wednesday, March 26th, 2008.
- The application deadline for the Summer 2008 session will be Wednesday, June 11th.
Please also note the following:
- Tuition Assistance needs to be applied for every session; we do not assume current recipients will need assistance again unless they reapply. If we have current supporting documentation on file (confirm this!), you will not need to resubmit it, however you will need to re-complete an application form and submit it with a $25 deposit by that session's deadline.
- Additional supporting documentation may be requested to complete your application.
- Completion of Tuition Assistance application does not guarantee entitlement to assistance, and the amount of any assistance awarded is at the discretion of AcroSports.
- There is no tuition assistance available for KinderCamp.
