Programs

 Tumbling  2-hour classes

Students work on progressive tumbling skills, concentrating training activities on the Tumbletrak, sprung main gym floor, and tumble-strip.  Class time is also spent on conditioning and stretching drills to improve overall strength and flexibility. 

- Beginning-Intermediate classes are mixed-level and are open to all. 

- Intermediate/Advanced level prerequiste:  able to do a roundoff backhandspring. 

- Advanced level prerequisite:  able to do handspring series or multi-trick passes.

 

 

Floor Workout  2-hour class

Open only to students currently enrolled in at least one other class.  Sorry, but we can NOT accommodate aerialists.  This supervised workout starts with a led warmup and stretch followed by open training on the floor, tumblestrip, Tumbletrak, and trampoline.  Work out at your own pace on drills and skills learned in your other classes.  You can enroll (using the link below), or pay a reduced drop-in rate of $30 to stop in whenever you can.

 

 

Trampoline  1.5-hour class

Practice your tumbling skills, improve body awareness and control, or just have fun on this exhilirating apparatus.
