Programs

Power Tumbling - Ages 6+

Students work on progressive tumbling skills, concentrating training activities on the TumblTrak, sprung main gym floor, and tumble-strip.  Class time is also spent on conditioning and stretching drills to improve overall strength and flexibility.  All Tumbling classes are co-ed.

 

Power tumbling does not involve skill development on apparatus; students interested in working on apparatus should enroll in Gymnastics.

 

Intro to Power Tumbling -1-hour class

Ages 6-8

For students who are new to tumbling.  Similar to Intro to Gymnastics, but with a focus on tumbling and trampoline.

 

Blue Beginner - 1.5-hour classes

Ages 7/8+

Beginning level class for students who have completed Intro to Tumbling, a similar introductory class elsewhere, or for students coming out of TumbleStar.  Seven & eight year-olds new to tumbling need to first enroll in the Intro class.

 

Green Intermediate - 1.5-hour classes

** PREREQUISITE: completion of Blue level skills and coach recommendation to advance to Green

Limited to students who have been advanced to Green from Blue level Power Tumbling.

 

 Red Intermediate - 2-hour classes

** PREREQUISITE: completion of Green level skills and coach recommendation to advance to Red

Limited to students who have been advanced to Red from Green level Power Tumbling.

 

 

Youth Trampoline - Ages 8+

Our hot-bed trampoline provides an invigorating cardio workout , and is a great way to enhance beginning to advanced tumbling skills.  Trampoline students learn jumps, drops and saltos, and will work on strength and flexibility conditioning.
