AcroSports' X-Teams

 

Girls' and Boys' X-Teams   

Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday 4-6 pm 

The Girls' and Boys'  X-Teams are for advanced-level students.  X-Team members are invited by coaches to join the group, which trains high-level skills and routines, and provides periodic public demonstrations at community events.  X-Teamers are required to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week (4 hours) of training.   

 

Pre-X Team   1.5-hours

Pre-X-Team students must be invited to join the Pre-X training class, and commit to one other class (chosen from Gymnastics or Tumbling & Trampoline) per week.
